Remote areas (Lipa Noi, Nathon, Bang Po, Thong Krut, Bang Kao on Samui; Thong Nai Pan, Than Sadet on Phangan) incur a 400 THB per person round-trip surcharge. No pick-up available from Bottle Beach, Haad Yuan, Haad Thien.
