Day 1 (Theory & Confined Water)Full day

Freediving physiology, breathing techniques, and equalization theory at Crystal Bay Beach Club. Afternoon confined water session.

Day 2 (Open Water at Sail Rock)Full day

First Depth Dives

Speedboat to Sail Rock for line training, duck dive coaching, and rescue technique practice. Visibility up to 30m, potential whale shark sightings (seasonal).

Day 3 (Depth & Certification at Koh Tao)Full day

Final Depth Assessment and Certification

Push deeper at Koh Tao with personalized coaching. Final depth assessment, fun dives with marine life, and Apnea Total certification issued same day.
