Itinerary
Freediving physiology, breathing techniques, and equalization theory at Crystal Bay Beach Club. Afternoon confined water session.
⏱ Full daySpeedboat to Sail Rock for line training, duck dive coaching, and rescue technique practice. Visibility up to 30m, potential whale shark sightings (seasonal).
⏱ Full dayPush deeper at Koh Tao with personalized coaching. Final depth assessment, fun dives with marine life, and Apnea Total certification issued same day.
